Visits and local puppy pickup are by appointment only, so we can coordinate your arrival, answer your questions, and prepare for your puppy’s go-home day. You can meet our team and see the environment where your puppy was raised.

Our breeding program is in the Denton area—not a chain of locations across Dallas–Fort Worth. Arrange your appointment with Lauren and confirm the meeting details before driving. Families farther away can ask about FaceTime or WhatsApp visits. Riverside Berners and Downward Dog Puppy Yoga are affiliated businesses under common ownership. Puppy yoga at Grandscape in The Colony offers supervised socialization; that studio is not the Riverside kennel or a walk-in puppy-pickup location.

Local pickup and travel options

For North Texas families, pickup at Riverside is arranged directly with our team. If you are traveling from outside the region, ask about coordinated handoff at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL), or a ground-transport quote.
